Before requesting this document from CIMEA, it is a good idea to make sure that the institution in charge of recognition needs and/or accepts it.

Yes. By submitting an email to appello@cimea.it within seven working days of CIMEA issuing the statement, you can appeal the decision by supplying more supporting information or evidence of the relevant statement’s material inaccuracy. The appeal request is only valid if it comes directly from the owner of the qualification that is the subject of the reevaluation and is sent to the email address specified with reference to the document number to which the appeal is addressed. Other appeal channels or avenues won’t be taken into account. If the reevaluation is favorable, CIMEA will provide a Certificate of Appeal that must be attached to the original statement that served as the basis for the appeal. Applications for appeals will never be taken into consideration if they do not follow the Contractual Terms and Conditions agreed upon when the service was requested or if they are obviously at odds with the CIMEA’s method of evaluation. 1. CIMEA services are closed, what to do in this case and embassy in my home country is not issuing DOV. what can i do?

    1. Communicate with the admission department of the university and ask about the validity of your admission. If they allow you to proceed with the same letter for next year, that’s good. But normally, your admission is valid for the session for which you applied.
